BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet Basic PIPs Deployed

HI All,
I am new to BizTalk, I would like to know when we buy the Biztalk server what are the basic PIP deployed which are ready to use after DUNS number configuration.

Earilier I understand only few PIPs are deployed by deafult, latter we need to deploy if any new PIPS required with additional cost. Is this true.

In the website I see that Biztalk Accelerator for RosettaNet supports all the PIPS and also says that we have deployment tools for faster configuration. Please enlighten me on this by the user of the Biztalk server.
