      Hi,

We are integrating BizTalk to PeopleSoft accounting.  At the moment the PeopleSoft team are exposing web services to the Peoplesoft integration broker.  It seems to be working OK but would integrating via the BizTalk Peoplesoft adapter be a better approach?

We are running the latest version of Peoplesoft.  What version of Peoplesoft is supported by the adapter?

      Thank you!

      Hi,

We have a BizTalk application which implements integration with Peoplesoft.  We have inherited this application which implements the following integration points:

      – File published by Peoplesoft for BizTalk to collect (used for large batches)

      – HTTP Post for BizTalk to send data to Peoplesoft

      – Soap Adapter web services exposed for Peoplesoft to send events or small messages to BizTalk

If id been involved earlier in the project i would have evaluated the Peoplesoft adapter, but the stuff implemented above has been working fairly trouble free for ages.  I think they key saving from the adapter would have been being able to generate schemas as some of them are quite complex.

There is a white paper which might help might be useful to you
