BizTalk 2009 Installation Problem

  Hi Could you please list the pre requisites for BTS 2009.
  We installed on windows server 2003 box and sql server 2005. It configures. But when we open in VS 2008 the BizTalk project type does not appear. Can u please guide us on the prerequisites?
