Hi All,
I configured BAM and all went well till I started receiving these errors which are visible in event viewer.
Everything is working fine but these 2 errors in the event viewer.I tried all means.I re-configured the BAM using the configuration tool and also I deleted BAM Primary DB all related to BAM.I deleted BAM portal and also re built.Please let me know if anyone of you know whats the problem.

I heard that these can be ignored but is there any way to avoid these errors.?

If you have deployed any activities or views to BAM in the past it might not have been removed correctly. Try running:
bttdeploy.exe /remove yourdefinitionfile.xml
Where yourdefinitionfile.xml is the xml file you get from Excel after defining the activities and views.
