       I’m doing a video/demo on BAM-Alerts. I’m using BT2006 with SQL2000 for my BAM/OLAP Cubes.
      The BAMP

      1) I set up my BAM Alert on the BAM Portal, and subscribed both by email and by file.
      2) I verified that the service NS$BAMALERTS is running, and I ran the underlined command below to hopefully enable everything.
      3) I dropped my test file that should have matched the criteria and
      4) I checked BAMPrimaryImport – data is there okay, and in CUBE/PivotTable as well.
      5) I checked email and disk “ALERTS” file, and nothing in either one.

So how can you debug, trace or test the alerts?
