Apps getting Partially Stopped automatically

Hi All, 

I am newbie to BizTalk, have done few apps on my system… but as the number of apps are increasing on the Admin console, I am facing problem with it. My newly build and deployed applications are getting partially stopped automatically after one or two of transaction done by the system. Not sure, I have done bit of R&D and updated the ‘regedit’ updates for the ‘MaxCts’ and ‘MaxCmds’ parameters to solve this. But, things didn’t turned up as expected. 

Can this be resolved … ???
