Add xsi:schemaLocation entry in the output XML

Hello everyone,

I have to produce an XML file on BizTalk 2006, which should looks like this:

<someelement xmlns=”http://something” xmlns:xsi=”http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance” xsi:schemaLocation=”http://something http://something/myschema.xsd”>
…
</someelement>

Seems like BizTalk removes anything from the root element except targetNamespace
Does somebody have an idea?
