Hi All,
I am receiving "The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error." with HTTP adapter.
I have verified that the identity for the out-of-process host and it is set to a user that belongs to the BizTalk Isolated Host Users group.
My orch is working perfectly fine.. I have verified using normal FILE adapter..
Any help is appreciated..
Cheers

Check the server's application event log; you should see an error entry for this, and let us know what it says. The most common issue is security when the HTTP ISAPI dll is not configured in an AppPool that runs under an account that is part of the BizTalk Isolated Host Users group.

No error was logged at application event log. And ISAPI dll is configured and running under BizTalk Isolated Host User Group.. . I forget to mentioned tht I am using SQL two way port in my orch. It shouldn't matter I guess ???
Cheers

If you're not getting anything logged into the event log then it's likely that the ISAPI dll isn't even getting executed. I'd check to see if the virtual directory it is on is correctly configured in IIS as an application and with the right permissions to execute ISAPI Extensions.
Also, note that in IIS6 you sometimes need to explicitly enable the ISAPI extension from the Web Server Extensions thingie in the IIS manager

Iam also getting same errors while i access HTTP Adapter via Biztalk orchestration…
The Messaging Engine failed to register the adapter for “HTTP” for the receive location “/HTTPRequestResponseSample/BTSHTTPReceive.dll”. Please verify that the receive location exists, and that the isolated adapter runs under an account that has access to the BizTalk databases.
Please let me know what could be possible issue

This error indicates either:
1. There is no Http receive location with a Uri that is exactly /HTTPRequestResponseSample/BTSHTTPReceive.dll
2. There is a matching receive location but it is not enabled
3. The IIS virtual directory is not running as a user that is a member of your Biztalk Isolated Host Group. The way you set up the user on the virtual directory is determined by your version of IIS. What operating system are you using?
