I was trying to move my RS from one machine to another, like so:
C:>rskeymgmt.exe -e -f c:\rskey.txt -p thepassword
When I got this error:
The local NT Service is disabled 0x80090005
I fixed the problem by setting the Reporting Services NT Service to use the Network Service account. Then I was able to back up the key.
