Rules Fest 2010 kicks off at the Dolce Hayes Mansion Resort in San Jose, California on Monday 11th October, just a few short weeks away. Registrations are coming in thick and fast. The early-bird discount has been extended to tomorrow (Friday 17th September), so if you have not yet registered, the time to do so is NOW. You get the best prices, and we cannot guarantee rooms at the hotel beyond the deadline.
Rules Fest provides three days to solid wall-to-wall technical content for everything to do with rules, reasoning and inference. It’s a conference for rule developers, architects and practitioners who need to apply these technologies to real-world problems, and decision makers who need to understand the technology and what it offers.
This year, our sponsors include Red Hat (JBoss), IBM, Grindwork and Vision Arts. Our keynote speaker is Professor John Laird. We have a packed agenda of presentations, posters, Q&As, etc., together with a number of sponsored events. Our speaker line-up is amazing, and we have other big names who will be attending the conference. On Thursday 14th October, we have a range of boot camps for you to attend covering Jess, Drools, IBM JRules and OpenRules.
My offer still stands to the BizTalk community. We only need a handful of BizTalk people there to make it worth my while organising an MS BRE boot camp, but I need to know if this is viable asap. So think about it, sign up on the web site at http://rulesfest.org and let me know via the Contact menu option on this web site if you plan to attend.
