The BizTalk Server 2010 Developer Training is an updated version of the existing BizTalk training and now includes WCF send and receive adapters, a BizTalk Patterns module (correlation, sequential convoy and parallel convoy) and an optional EDI module. The course is targeted at beginning BizTalk developer or developers that want to bring their skills up to 2010.
There is currently no Microsoft BizTalk training material for BizTalk 2013, there is not much difference between Developing in BizTalk 2010 and BizTalk 2013 and the differences are discussed in the course.

When sending a message from BizTalk to an external WCF-service with Windows Credentials, the WCF-Custom adapter will ignore the credentials in the Credentials-tab and use the ones of the Host Instance.
If you really need to use Windows Credentials, you’ll need to create a custom Endpoint Behavior and add it to the WCF-Custom adapter.
