XML file not received, How to fix it?

        Hi
        I have a problem in sending and receiving xml files.
        I have xml to flat file map for inbound PO.
        I am using default pipeline. When I drop the file in input folder it has been picked up ( I guess, since its disappers) but I dont see them in receive folder. Could any one help me to fix this problem.
        I dont know how to check that where I am losing that file or how far my ports set up are correct.

          Siva, 

           1. go and see any errors comming in Event Viewer(BizTalk Administrator- expand Event viewer), click on application.

          2. BizTalk 2004->HAT  in the wizard Queries->Recent Service Instance

          Hope you will find information one of the place.
