"Timeout expire " at HAT

I tried to perform these steps: 1) Open HAT 2) Click –> Roporting 3)–> Find Messages –> Click to Schemas button and HAT gives me error :Timeout Expires”.

Where as if tried to find 100 most recent messages, HAT give me 100 results.

I performed following steps:

set connection timeout in regedit but no luck.
