        I am getting this error frequently.

        “The Messaging Engine failed to initialize the tracking interceptor.”

        please help me.

          What was your problem back then?

          We have the same thing happening when there is a problem with DB connectivity.

          When the engine has no more free TCP/IP dynamic ports this can happen.
