SSO Server Error

        I just changed my BizTalk configuration as my account password was changed. The configuration was successful.

        But when i try to create a receive port after deploying a project, this error is displayed:

        Could not retrieve transport type data for Receive Location ‘InputReceive Location’ from config store. Primary SSO Server failed. Cannot perform encryption or decryption because the secret is not available from the master secret server. See the event log (on computer ) for related errors.

        Kindly suggest a method by which this could be solved…

          Hi,

           

             Does restarting the BizTalk Server service and Enterprise Single-Sign On service help you resolve this issue?

              I took the following steps to tackle it:

              Firstly, i went into the Enterprise SSO Folder and opened the Service.

              In the Actions tab, i chose the restore secret option and gave the credentials for the .bak file that was created during insallation.

              Then. the operations were resumed successfully.
