We are upgrading one of ours servers which Biztalk communications with. We have about 15 receive and send ports where the location of the file path is changing to this new server. From talking to the developers, it is difficult/tedious to change it from the Orchestration.
Is there a way to change it without going through Orchestration? I found the paths in SQL tables and was wondering if I could change it there for all of them?

You will want to export the BizTalk application’s binding files, make the changes and then import them back in. Or, you can modify them directly through the BizTalk Admin Console (BTS 2006/R2).
If you have a lot of repeating paths, exporting them and performing a Find and Replace may be the quickest method. YOu will need to import the binding files after the changes.

Edit: Sorry, I just realized this was in the 2004 forum. You will want to work with the binding files directly …IMO
