Re-Configure BTS 2009

Hello.

I had to unconfigure the features of BTS 2009 with BizTalks Server 2009 Configuration Tool. Now I want to apply a new configuration and everythings works fine except the BAM Portal. It always says that I can’t use the “Default Web Site” already exists.

So, can I delete the BAM Portal Website in the “Defualt Web Site” in the IIS7.0 without any problems and configre it again?

Have someone checked this before?
