I have creted a biztalk application in which for input port i have given
Transport Type:- [b:35ee1c0628]SOAP[/b:35ee1c0628]
& URI for that [b:35ee1c0628]\”http://localhost:60/integrate/inegrate.asmx\”[/b:35ee1c0628]
This is myweb service which return a XML file to orchestration. But i haven’t created a port of type [b:35ee1c0628]web[/b:35ee1c0628].
I have deployed that web service on virtual server. This orchestration get started but it is not giving me any result.
Another question is when web service is deployed on virtual server it is not deployed under default web site because it gives me error of [b:35ee1c0628]page canot be displyed[/b:35ee1c0628]. So there is need to exclude that web service path from sharepoint. If yes then tell me how to do the same?

I think you will need the web port inside your Orchestration if you want to return the message. Have you tried to create the web port by adding a reference to the web service?
Your second question, are you sure the web service is working on the other location? You’ll want to look in the sharepoint help on how to exclude a directory. I have done it before, but it was over a year ago.
