i had some problem in building Mapping concept in biztalk 2004 using HIPPA-270

  since im new to biztalk server 2004,i had some problem in mapping concept can any one help me pls
  
  i had converted the sql SP in the format of Xml tags which works correctly but i cannot able to understand the Mapping concept
  
  pls explain me with an example in hippa -270
