How to sequentially send the files to sendport from receivelocation?

  If the receivelocation is disabled and there are some files saved to the folder of the receivelocation, after the receivelocation is enabled, the files are handled and sent.
  
  How to make sure those files are sent in sequence according to the files creation time in receivelocation?
