        Hello!

        I have an orchestration which expects to make 2 DB calls..one to Oracle DB and the other to a TeraData DB. Im using the Oracle ODBC adapter for Oracle 10g, but I cannot find a “generic” ODBC adapter to talk to Teradata. Looks like I have to write a custom “generic” ODBC adapter.

        Does anyone have an example as to how to write a custom adapter in BT 2006 R2 for making ODBC calls? Any help is really appreciated. Tried

          You might have too, even Attunity, the company that wrote the Microsoft connector to Teradata  for SSIS msdn.microsoft.com/…/ee692365%28v=sql.100%29 hasn't got a BizTalk adapter listed.  http://www.attunity.com/…/36326.aspx

              Depending on what you are trying to do you can do most activities in a pipeline and build an object to or from Teradata.
