  Hello
  
  We are having a problem on our server – the ENTSSO service is corrupted and hence the Biztalk service cannot start.
  I tried to run the ConfigFramework.exe tool to run it but it had all sorts of errors.
  When I asked the IT team what they did this is their response:
  
  1. initially the server failed to accept user login as it reported licensing failure issue.
  
  2. i restarted the server and booted into safe-mode and login as local admin successfully.
  
  3. i uninstalled windows server 2003 SP1 (runtime error appeared at the end of installation).
  
  4. after uninstallation, i restarted the server into safe mode again and installed SP1 back and some eTrust patches (both installation completed successfully).
  
  5. after installation, i restarted the server in normal mode and found that runtime errors started to pop out.
  
  Now does anyone know if refreshing the service pack can affect the SSO service?
  And if so is there anything that can be done to correct it?

  Problem solved. We installed SP2 🙂
