        Hello,

              Can anyone help me how to modify the receive location properties dynamically (not using administration control). properties like start time/ stop time etc.

          You can use C# project provided by Microsoft Biztalk in the BizTalk installation folder. Look for SDK/Samples/Admin/ExploreOM/ReceiveLocations project, make a copy and customize as per your requirements.
