      Hi

      I try to  execuate the sample application

       But i am not understand the database link up to  the orcestration. I created the separeate database what they mentioned. where data need to update it. how we can create the User enviornment varible like DBLIB.EMPLOYEEUTIL

       

      Pls suggest it. other wise give me a small sample example.

      Hi Ram,

       

         From the article you mentioned in your post, to answer your question “How we can create the User environment varible like DBLIB.EMPLOYEEUTIL?”, it depends on the OS of your workstation where you installed and are using that sample application:

       

      1) If it’s Windows XP, right-click on My Computer icon on the desktop, choose Properties option to open the System Properties window, then select the Advanced tab, then click on the Environment Variables button at the bottom to open the Environment Variables window, then click on the New button for the User variables section, and follow the instructions in that article to create the user environment variable.

       

      2) If it’s Windows Server 2003, click on Start -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management to open the Computer Management window, then right-click on the Computer Management folder and select Properties option to open the Computer Management Properties window, select the Advanced tab and click the Settings button in the Environment variables section to bring up the Environment variables window, then click on the New button for the User variables section, and follow the instructions in that article to create the user environment variable.
