      Hi,

I have asked this question for many times,I hope I can get my answer here.

I met this error When I tried to submit SubmitOrder.bat in Step 6: Test the Scenario of tutorial 4 about Biztalk Server

      2006.

I did the tutorial follow the instructions in the latest tutorial  document, and I can do tutorial1-tutorial3

successfully, So I think the configuration is right in my PC.

the detail event log is :

There was a failure executing the receive pipeline: "Microsoft.BizTalk.DefaultPipelines.XMLReceive,

      Microsoft.BizTalk.DefaultPipelines, Version=3.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" Source: "Party

resolution" Receive Port: "OrderProcessReceivePort" URI: "/HTTPReceive/BTSHTTPReceive.dll?Order" Reason: There was an

authentication failure. "The party corresponding to the inbound message cannot be identified".

By the way, how to validate the BTSHTTPReceive.dll work well? because I can not access

      http://myPC-Name/HTTPReceive/BTSHTTPReceive.dll?Order or http://myPC-Name/HTTPReceive/BTSHTTPReceive.dll?

      Thank you very much.

To test the HTTP Receives, in the past I’ve just built a simple WinApp to do a post.

As for as your problem, it sounds like you might have your party defined incorrectly?  Is it possible you have the Name, Qualifier, and Values mixed up?  Just a thought.
