BizTalk Performance – Concern on the performance – very urgent!!!

Hi,

I am having major concerns on the performance of our BizTalk 2006 server as its impacting and delaying the processing of data. Everything was running fine until recently where we see that a huge set of messages get dehydrated and the ones in active status are not getting processed over hours.

We have 3 host instances each of Orchestration, Send Adapter and Receive Adapter.

Whenever i see the bulk of messages lying being unprocessed, i re start the host instances and messages start getting processed.

We recently had about 12000 odd messages in our suspended Q, i assumed that may be the reason. But the Q was cleared down and i find all the BizTalk house keeping jobs running fine this has raised a concern.

I am not able to how do i troubleshoot the issue.

Can anyone advice on any checks to be done?

The BizTalk servers are Load Balanced.
