Automated monitoring of SQL Receive Location

  Hello,
  
  I am looking for suggestions on how I can monitor a SQL receive location (SQL Adapter) to make sure it is enabled. My receive location gets enable from time to time when it reaches the error threshold. I would also like to be able to the have the receive location enable itself automatically if it becomes disabled.
