Alternatively for step 5, you could select WS-MEX instead of WSDL, and enter the URL to the WSDL (http://hostname/service.asmx?wsdl).  That will save you the steps of downloading the file locally.  Here is a detailed walkthrough:  http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb246019.aspx
