Thanks Daniel for quick response. However, solution I am trying is from BizTalk and according to the documentation (see links below) Filter clause should work in xml. I am not sure if it does not work because I am using Filter clause against the View. But I don’t think that is the problem. Even Request XML looks like what it is supposed to be.
I am not really sure what the issue is. If xml had issue, it would not return resultset of all the rows when I pass empty Filter.
