if it is only BizTalk load balance , ya .. extracting the certificate from one machine and using it in the another will do the job
you only need to be sure to extract the private key with the certificate .
but
if you have windows load balance over your servers, I recommend to issue the certificate with issues to property value equal to the virtual name of the load balance.
It will work even if you did not did that ! , but this is better especially if you are planning to receive HTTPS request on your Load balance using the same certificate.
