Hi,
This normally happens when you’re trying to deploy an updated assembly that no longer contains a pipeline that is in use in your BizTalk environment.
I suggest that you review the custom pipelines you’re using and unconfigure that pipeline from the Receive Location / Send Port and then try your deployment again.

ps. When you’re deploying, you won’t see anything in the Event Log.
