If I remember correctly – MQ Series Adapter needs configuration in COM +, last version I worked with it was 3 years ago, and it did need configuration as described here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa561858(v=BTS.20).aspx
Also need to cofigure MSDTC.
