Are the same tools and version installed on the dev and test servers?
How did you deployed your BTS App to the test environment?
Did you use the im- and export functions out of BTS?
Did you deployed the app in Visual Studio directly in the test environment or just copied the assembly in the GAC?
Can you validate the schemas in the test environment with Visual Studio?
