BizTalk 2009 was made to work with VS 2008 and .NET 3.5 and will not support the others directly. At this point, the VS2010/.NET 4.0 beta is still way too flaky and is a sure way to screw up your machine, so I’d be very wary of installing it if you expect to be able to work on biztalk projects reliably.
