Hi,
As this post is already some months old, I’m not sure if you still face the problem. As we faced the same problem on a PROD installation just now, I though I’d share it over here anyway. I was puzzled by it as you are / were.
I solved it by forcing the guy installing the WCF LOB SDK again from a new download from the link in the installation guide, I’ll give you the link that is in the document now:
After this, we didn’t have error anymore. I’m pretty sure the version is either incorrect or it’s a 32-bit versus 64-bit installation issue.
