I beleive the “Indexing Service” causes this problem. Any time this error occurs if I stop the “Indexing Service” and then try to deploy, the problem goes away!
The “Indexing Service” also causes problems with ASP.NET applications. I find it ridiculous that this “Indexing Service” written by Microsoft, causes problems with their development tools…sad…
