    Another question: Do BizTalk developers all have background in web or windows applications?  Are BizTalk developers a higher level of developers?

    All developoers I know – started messing around with Biztalk after they have some background in developing (mostly as system or winforms or MOSS developers)
    BTS Developers are developers bad or good, but with different approach to solve a problem. From my expirience – most of BTS  programmers – have understanding in architechture, about how to “Core” of what they integrate and “connect” altogether – work. Usually you need to understand business needs of customer  you develop solution for.
