a listen with an activatable receive cannot have a timeout

Within the listen shape i have a recieve shape and a delay shape followed by a construct message on either sides followed by a send shape.

Recieve = Activate – True
Initialising correlation – requestcorrelationset
Delay = new System. Timespan (0,5,0,0)
