I had a great time at the Heartland Developer’s Conference (HDC) ’09 in Omaha last week. I really liked the size of the event (not to small, not too big), the overall energy/vibe, and the social elements they provided for attendees. The speaker line-up was quite good for a regional event.

Pluralsight sponsored the show by providing every attendee with a trial subscription to Pluralsight On-Demand! and we raffled off two full-year subscriptions during lunch each day. We also gave out about 150 t-shirts along with one of the new Zune HD’s, which looks really nice btw. Check out our Flickr stream from the event, the #hdc09 Twitter stream, and the HDC community site if you want a better taste.
