Pointing Orchestrations to a new Server

Hello,
Firstly can I just say that I have a very limited knowledge of Biztalk so apologies if this is a very simple issue. Biztalk version is 2006.
We have Live Server 1 which hits Live Biztalk server 1 and that Outputs to Live Server 2
We have Dev Server 2 which hits DevBiztalk server 2 but that also outputs to Live Server 2
I need to point DevBiztalk server 2 to Dev Server 2 but I can’t see where I make the change to point the new location. I’ve checked the receive ports etc but nothing looks like a location that I can change
Please can you help me in resolving this?
