Schema to XML conversion

Hi,

We have a scenario in our project where we have a group of schemas that changes every week and we need to generate sample XML for these schemas dynamically. Is it possible through Biztalk to generate XMLs for schema files? We want to deploy this as a standalone application. Where BizTalk consumes the schema and gives us the XML output.
