BizTalk Batch Processing

Good day,

I have a below criteria.

1. Cntrl + M job drops the multiple xml files  with huge content at BizTalk Receive location for  every 30 sec .

2. One of the orchestration picks the file and processes it further and drops another file in the drop location.

My question is how does biztalk ques the files to be processed. Does it waits for the first one to complete before start processing the next one.

Does it leads to dead lock situation if one of the previous orchestration encounters an error ?
