        Hi,

        We have a BizTalk 2010 server with development done on it so that one outbound message sends a XML delivery and must wait for a SYSTAT to be sent back within a hour. If not received it suspends the ports. During this time we were still able to received messages from the client but we could not received SYSTAT messages nor deliver message towards the client. 

        I have no event logs and cannot find a way to troubleshoot this and find the cause,

        Please help?

          You can check the following:

          1. How are you sending and receiving response?

          2. Is the SendPort delivering the XML successfully to the Client?

          3. Any Errors in Eventlog while delivery?

          4. Since you will receive the response after 1 hour…..are you using correlations?

          There could be many reasons for not receiving the response…..co-ordinating with the Client’s technical team  is important.
