Biztalk 2006 R2 ftp adapter issues

I’m trying to receive files from an ftp server created by IIS 7.5 on Windows 2008 R2 server, using Biztalk 2006 R2 ftp adapter, and I get the error message as

“Unable to receive the file “98010614.txt” from the ftp server. The error that occurred was “A stream read of write operation failed because the stream is in an error state”

I reset the throttle on the Biztalk server and tried again, but the error still continues.

I then decided to change the ftp location to an other ftp server built by IIS 6.0 on Windows Server 2003 and the biztalk doesn’t have any issues picking up the file. So, now I’m pretty sure that the error is caused by the ftp server since it is created by IIS7.5

My questions are

1. Is there a way to correct this issue (by installing some patch etc.)

2. If there is no patch available, then what other steps are available for me to correct this issue.
