Dynamic Ports – Notifications

I have an issue with dynamic ports and notifications.

1. Dynamic port , SMTP transport type, but only know destiny account in execution time.
2. Need a notification to know if at least i has arrived to the endpoint mail box (2 keep trace of my msg)

I’ve read in the next link http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa995570(v=bts.70).aspx that it is not possible to receive notifications in dynamic ports. Do you know if there is any other option?
