I have the same questions here. The limitations of the installed applications of the standard version force me to upgrade to the enterprise version.
Did you upgraded in the meantime?
What a bout the 32/64Bit installations everythings works fine and is running now under 64Bit?
Did you uninstalled the standard version before you did a new installation?
