steps to send file on sharepoint site from Biztalk Server 2006 R2 output using Windows sharepoint service Adapter
–> configure biztalk server with sharepoint adapter from biztalk server configuration.
–> in Biztalk server Configuration Select Sharepoint Adapter and Select the default website on which adapter should be installed. this will be the only site where msgs will be transferred. I have added it on Sharepoint Central Administration.
–> After completing confuguration of sharepoint adapter copy folder BTSharePointAdapterWS from the path C:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006\Business Activity Services to the folder in IIS for Central administrator websites in where the sharepoint adapter has been installed paste there. here i had paste it at SharePoint Central Administrator v3 website.
–> Now create a pool via right clicking –> Properties –> Virtual Directory –> Create and select adapter as an application pool.
–> now give create a document library with full control permission to all the users so that any error cant occure. and create it.
–> in biztalk select message type in send port select windows sharepoint service instead of FILE. and click on configure.
–> now provide sharepoint document library folder name and url and other things are not mendatory. give port number as same as in the site-URL is given.
–> save the configuration and start the applicaton. move the file on Receive location and get the result on Sharepoint document library.
