        Hello,

        I have developed one sample Biztalk application in VS 2008 which I would like to configure using Biztalk Server 2009 Admin console.

        While configuring application, when you have to select Host for current server, the drop down list is blank for me. Normally it should have default BiztalkApplication.

        Due to this, I am not able to configure my application and run that to test.

        Can any one help me to resolve this?

          Whenever you configure biztalk it should create default host instance.  Have you tried creating new one from admin console?

          It seems like there is some problem with your BizTalk databases. Easy option would be to unconfigure and configure the biztalk.
