ESB Portal is not accessible from Remote Machine

Hi,

I have installed the ESB Toolkit 2.0 and configured the ESB Portal to my Dev server and everything is working fine and I can browse the ESB Portal from the same server (local IIS).

When, I am trying to browse the same portal from other machine (on same network), I am getting the following error:

An unexpected error occurred during initialization of the BizTalk Operations Service. —> Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.

Other web applications are browsable from the remote machine.

Any idea!!!
