      Hi everybody,

      I installed BizTalk Server 2009 on my machine.
      I have Windows 7. I already installed Microsoft SQL Server 2008, with SP1.
      When I try to configure the SSO, using BizTalk Configurator, the configuration fails with the error in the title.
      This is the section of the log related to the error:
      [10:45:46 Info SSOServerCfg] (ssoconfigobj2.cpp:5290) CSSOServerCfg::ReportMessage
      [10:45:46 Info SSOServerCfg] (ssoconfigobj2.cpp:5180) Returning error description: <Exception Message=”There was an error in the SSO configuration module. I use a local user configured as computer Administrator.
      I notice that after the installation failure, the SSODB database is created on SQL Server with the tables inside.
      Any idea??
      Thanks to all!!

      I’ve got the same error, you ever found the problem for this?

        No solution found.

        I decided to develop on my machine and deploy in another one where I have already installed successfully BizTalk Server 2009.

        I’m sorry!

      Did you try to remove installation and reinstall?

      Exept being a local admin – you must give permissions on SQL server for SSO admin (thew user account under which this service runs).

      But it seems that reinstall can help.
